Adrian Provost

Founder, HumanForm Labs · Atlanta, Georgia

Biography

Adrian Provost founded HumanForm Labs to close the operational gap that keeps most industrial robots stuck in pilot: different OEMs, different tools, and no shared record of what a fleet actually did, how it performed, or whether it met its safety and compliance obligations. HumanForm Labs is building an OEM-neutral deployment and operations layer — one control plane for tasking, interventions, evidence, and reliability across mixed-vendor robots. The company's research catalog spans 71 platforms across 50 manufacturers, with pricing guidance, distributor requirements, and a 50-state regulatory matrix.

Adrian approaches the problem as a venture-builder and strategist, not a narrow specialist. He is the founder of LEVEL, an asset-innovation studio that unifies cinematic AI production, deep tech, and spatial computing to position brands, digital IP, and institutional real property for market dominance, with operations in Atlanta, Las Vegas, Miami, and New York (levelstudios.io). He is also the founder of LEVEL Ventures, an Industry 4.0 venture fund backing the integration of physical and digital worlds across PropTech, aerospace, and intelligent automation (levelstudios.io/ventures). That investment thesis — intelligent automation for commerce and real assets — is the same conviction that drives HumanForm Labs: the companies that win the next decade will be the ones that can deploy, govern, and prove physical-AI systems at scale.

Adrian's hands-on robotics exposure is direct. He is an equity partner and board member at Nex1Robotics, Atlanta's humanoid robot experience company, which deploys the humanoid 'Andy' across metro Atlanta for brand activations and community events (andytherobot.com).

His operating background is rooted in real estate. Adrian is the owner of the Atlanta franchise affiliate of Realty ONE Group — Realty ONE Group Terminus — and the creator and lead of ONE Commercial for Realty ONE Group International. His work in the field has been recognized with a Georgia Trend 500 honor naming him among the most influential Georgians of the year, along with HousingWire Rising Star, RISMedia Influencer, GlobeSt 40 Under 40, Forbes Real Estate Council membership, ForbesBLK membership, and Faces of the City by the City of Atlanta.

Adrian is actively deepening his technical credentials, with online certifications from MIT and Cornell including the MIT Certificate Program in AI Product Design and Robotics Applications and Cornell artificial-intelligence certificate programs, as well as venture-capital programs from MIT, Cornell, and Columbia.

He describes his role plainly: he is a founder, innovator, and storyteller first — the one who creates the vision and drives the narrative to accelerate revenue and scale, while recruiting the technical execution leadership to build it. His mission is to lift every room, mind, and problem to a higher state than he found it. For HumanForm Labs, that means a narrow focus on robotics operations as a systems problem, an honest integration-status model, and a commitment that no public metric ships without an owner and evidence. Adrian leads from Atlanta, Georgia, and is actively building the founding team — including a CTO with deployed-robotics-software experience and a robotics operations lead with field track record.
