The governed deployment and operations company for mixed-OEM enterprise robotics.
The thesis
Most industrial robots that stall do not stall because the machine cannot do the work. They stall because nobody owns the operation around it: who assigns the task, who steps in when it fails, and what record exists afterwards.
HumanForm Labs is building the layer that answers those questions across manufacturers — an OEM-neutral deployment and operations layer for tasking, interventions, evidence, and reliability.

Adrian Provost is the founder of HumanForm Labs and a serial venture-builder focused on the convergence of physical and digital systems — Industry 4.0. He is the founder of LEVEL, an asset-innovation studio unifying cinematic AI production, deep tech, and spatial computing (levelstudios.io), and of LEVEL Ventures, an Industry 4.0 venture fund backing the integration of physical and digital worlds across PropTech, aerospace, and intelligent automation (levelstudios.io/ventures). He is an equity partner and board member at Nex1Robotics, Atlanta's humanoid robot experience company (andytherobot.com). Adrian built his career in real estate as owner of Realty ONE Group Terminus, the Atlanta franchise affiliate of Realty ONE Group, and as creator and lead of ONE Commercial for Realty ONE Group International. He is a Georgia Trend 500 honoree and is pursuing AI product design, robotics, and venture-capital certifications from MIT and Cornell.
