Proof
What we will publish, and what we will not
We would rather show an empty page than a manufactured one. Here is the standard every future result on this site has to meet.
Design-partner program open
No public case study is available yet
Metrics available after the first production deployment We have no customer deployments to report. When the first one runs, its results will appear here with the definitions below, an owner, and an evidence date.

Six measures, defined before anyone measures them
Definitions are written first so a result cannot be reshaped after the fact. Each published figure will name the site type, the date range, the sample size, and the person accountable for it.
Deployment time
Pending first deployment
Calendar days from signed scope to the first governed run that meets acceptance criteria.
Task-success rate
Pending first deployment
Assigned tasks completed without human intervention, divided by tasks assigned, per week.
Intervention rate
Pending first deployment
Human interventions per 100 tasks, counted from the event log with a cause on every entry.
Availability
Pending first deployment
Share of scheduled operating time a unit was available for work, from the operating record.
Cost per task
Pending first deployment
Fully loaded operating cost divided by completed tasks over the same period.
Evidence completeness
Pending first deployment
Share of tasks with a complete record: outcome, interventions, incidents, and attached readings.
Evidence rules
Named owner, dated evidence
No public metric ships without a person accountable for it and the date the evidence was collected.
Customer approval on the record
No customer name, logo, quote, or result is published without written permission from that customer.
Claims expire
Every public claim carries a review date. If it is not revalidated, it comes down.
