Platform

One control plane across whatever you already run

Tasking, interventions, evidence, and reliability in one place, regardless of which manufacturer built the robot.

Status

HumanForm Control Plane v0 — in development

No customer is operating on the control plane today. Where a surface below has not shipped, it is labelled in development, and the work is done alongside our engineers during deployment. We make no uptime, availability, or task-success claim for the product.

Architecture

Five layers, bottom up

  1. Layer 1

    Robot / OEM layer

Mixed-vendor robots, each with its own control stack and console.

  2. Layer 2

    Edge connector

Site-local adapter that normalizes tasks, telemetry, and events per OEM.

  3. Layer 3

    Event & task layer

Shared task queue, intervention handling, and event stream across vendors.

  4. Layer 4

    Evidence store

Append-only record of tasks, interventions, incidents, and readings.

  5. Layer 5

    Operator & customer interface

Queue, exception handling, reliability view, and evidence export.

In development

Operator queue. Interface work in progress. We publish product imagery only when it reflects shipped software, and label anything else.

Data and security posture

Customer data ownership

Operating data describes your site and your staff. You can export it or ask us to delete it.

Append-only records

Corrections are appended with their own author and timestamp. Nothing is silently overwritten.

No certification claimed

We hold no security certification today and do not imply one. See the trust center for the current posture.
