Every task, intervention, and incident logged, retained, and exportable.
What it does
- Stores an append-only record of tasks, interventions, and incidents
- Attaches readings, photos, and operator notes to the originating task
- Exports an evidence pack for safety, insurance, and compliance reviews
- Retains records under a stated retention policy the customer controls
How it works
- Events carry a stable identity and timestamp; corrections are appended, never overwritten.
- Exports are generated per site and date range as structured data plus a readable summary.
- The customer owns their operating data and can export or delete it on request.
What it does not do
- Evidence packs are not a certification, an audit opinion, or a regulatory approval.
- Third-party attestation of the evidence store has not been performed.
