Control plane module
Maintain
Condition tracking, parts coordination, and a defined response path.
What it does
- Tracks service intervals and observed faults per unit
- Coordinates parts and service through the OEM or its service network
- Records downtime with a cause, so reliability is measurable
- Prepares a service plan alongside each deployment
How it works
- Downtime is logged against a cause taxonomy shared across vendors.
- Service actions are recorded against the unit, building a maintenance history that survives vendor changes.
What it does not do
- Predictive maintenance models require deployment data we do not yet have; today this is condition tracking, not prediction.
- We do not hold parts inventory and do not publish a contracted response time.
In development — no contracted uptime or response-time commitment is published.
