Control plane module

Maintain

Condition tracking, parts coordination, and a defined response path.

What it does

  • Tracks service intervals and observed faults per unit
  • Coordinates parts and service through the OEM or its service network
  • Records downtime with a cause, so reliability is measurable
  • Prepares a service plan alongside each deployment

How it works

  • Downtime is logged against a cause taxonomy shared across vendors.
  • Service actions are recorded against the unit, building a maintenance history that survives vendor changes.

What it does not do

  • Predictive maintenance models require deployment data we do not yet have; today this is condition tracking, not prediction.
  • We do not hold parts inventory and do not publish a contracted response time.

In development — no contracted uptime or response-time commitment is published.
